I hail from Georgia, a country in the Southern Caucasus, where I was raised in the grand tradition of naturopathy, learning to use plants and ancestral remedies to prevent imbalances that could affect people’s health and enhance their quality of life.
I spent seven years in Slavic countries, practicing and guiding people through various respiratory and physical methods, such as the Buteyko breathing technique, Strelnikova therapeutic breathing, the Muller method, and the Bodiflex method for weight loss. In Finland, I experienced the Finnish sauna along with cold water techniques and applications. In France, I attended Euronature school, where I completed a comprehensive curriculum of techniques and approaches from the French school of naturopathy.
Today, I guide my clients toward understanding the root causes of their biological imbalances and help them live well at any age through personalised solutions.
Functional naturopathy focuses on optimising the body’s performance based on scientifically verified evidence. Drawing from insights into human physiology, this approach crafts personalised solutions tailored to meet each individual’s unique biological needs. It also allows for the assessment of nutritional deficiencies, offering strategies to improve one’s dietary balance.
Naturopathy is a set of care methods aimed at boosting the body’s defences through means considered natural and biological.
Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to the individual, seeking to understand the root causes of illnesses that arise throughout life. It serves as supportive guidance on your health journey, relying on natural techniques to maintain, optimise, or restore your well-being in a personalised and comprehensive manner. Rather than focusing on individual symptoms, a naturopath looks at a person as a whole – body, mind and spirit.
